All players must register in the Golf Shop prior to play or entering practice facility.

We appreciate guests arriving a minimum of 25 minutes before their start time.

Each player must have their own set of clubs.

Players may utilize the bag drop located at the Resort Clubhouse entrance.

All play will begin on the first tee unless otherwise notified by professional staff.

No outside food and beverage is allowed to be brought onto the premises.

All food and beverage must be purchased from Desert Willow Golf Resort.

Ice and water are available on course.

Personal coolers are NOT permitted.

Beverage Cart Service is offered once on the front nine and once on the back nine. We can accommodate more frequent service when business levels permit.

Resort Hours of Operation

Tee times may be booked online at www.desertwillow.com/bookateetime

Starting times may be booked up to 60-days in advance. A credit card guarantee is required for all reservations.

Rates include a shared golf cart equipped with Visage GPS and practice balls.

Singles, twosomes and threesome reservations should expect to pair up with an existing reservation as designated by the golf shop or starter.

Each player must have their own set of golf clubs.

Standby or walk-in groups may be accommodated at the first available tee time.

All booked rates are not guaranteed. If customer qualifies for a discounted rate, it will be determined at the point of sale. 

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid full charges.

Reservations may be cancelled more than 48 hours in advance for no penalty.

If a reservation is not cancelled or changed within the 48-hour window, the credit card holder will be responsible for any unsold spots, with the credit card being automatically charged. 

No shows will be charged at the regular rack rate.

Pace of play expectation is 4 hours and 19 minutes.

You are considered out of position if you can’t see the group in front of you.

Guests will be notified if they are out of position via the GPS, a Player Assistant, or a Golf Professional.

Guests who are unable to maintain acceptable Pace of Play will be asked to skip a hole or pick up and finish.

Our Resort Practice Facility is open daily from Sunrise to 4:00pm.

General use of Practice Facility includes chipping, putting, and full swing areas.

Practice Facility fee for non-registered guests is $30.00 per person and available AFTER 10:00am only.

Guests must register in the Golf Shop prior to entering the Practice Facility.

All guests must have their own clubs to use the practice facility, we do not offer club rentals for the practice facility!

Replay rates are based on availability.

Same day replay rates DO NOT APPLY to rounds booked in advance.

Palm Desert Residents receive a $52.00 rate. Must be secured up to 3 days in advance.

Residents are REQUIRED to show a valid Palm Desert Resident Card at time of check-in.

A driver’s license is NOT a valid proof of residency.

All players in a foursome must show their Resident Cards in the Golf Shop in order to receive the Resident Rate, regardless of who pays for golf.

Any Resident that does not have their Resident Card will be charged the normal golf rate for the date of play.

Resident Cards may only be used by the cardholder and are not transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the Resident.

Expired Resident Cards are not valid to receive the Resident Rate.

Resident reservations may be made according to City Resident Policy. All reservations may be made by credit card in advance, and charges will be processed according to Desert Willow Golf Resort policy.

Residents making reservations more than three days out will be charged the full rate.

Junior rates are available for guests aged 17 and under, when playing with a paid adult.

Please secure reservations online and our golf shop staff will adjust to applicable junior rates on the day of play.

We are NOT allowing non-golfing riders.

Single golfers are REQUIRED to pair up in a golf cart with another guest.

Cart dividers are readily available so guests can ride together safely.

Walking or jogging on the course is NOT permitted.

Only Desert Willow Golf Resort golf carts are allowed on the golf course. 

No private golf carts are permitted on the golf course at any time.
