FAQ's & Policies

GENERAL INFORMATION

All players must register in the Golf Shop prior to play or entering practice facility

We appreciate guests arriving a minimum of 15 minutes before their start time

Each player must have their own set of clubs
All play will begin on the first tee unless otherwise notified by professional staff
All food and beverage must be purchased from Desert Willow Golf Resort
- No outside food and beverage is allowed to be brought on to the premises

RESERVATIONS

Starting times may be booked up to 60-days in advance. A credit card guarantee is required for all reservations
Singles, twosomes and threesome reservations should expect to pair up with an existing reservation as designated by the golf shop or starter
Standby or walk-in groups may be accommodated at the first available tee time

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid full charges. No shows will be charged at the regular rack rate

RENTAL CLUBS

Premium rental clubs are available for $75.00 and include 2 sleeves of golf balls
Our rental club inventory includes right and left handed options for both men and women
- Stiff and regular flex are available for men

PACE OF PLAY

Our Pace of Play expectiation is 4 hours and 19 minutes
- You are considered out of position if you can't see the group in front of you
Guests will be notified they're out of position via the GPS, a Player Assistant, or a Golf Professional
Guests who are unable to maintain acceptable Pace of Play will be asked to skip a hole or pick up and finish

Junior Golf Rates

Junior rates are available for guests aged 17 and under, when playing with a paid adult
Please secure reservations online and our golf shop staff will adjust to applicable junior rates on the day of play

SPECTATORS | RIDERS

WE ARE NOT ALLOWING NON-GOLFING RIDERS AT THIS TIME

NOTICE TO SINGLE GOLFERS AND THREESOMES:
- Singles are required to pair up in a golf cart with another guest
  - Cart dividers are readily available so guests can ride together safely
  - No walking or jogging on the course is permitted.

DRESS CODE POLICY

All players are expected to wear appropriate golf attire.The following is the acceptable dress attire for men and women playing golf at Desert Willow Golf Resort. Proper attire must be worn by all golfers who are using the golf course and driving range.
