Get Golf Ready TPI Edition

Give us five days and we will develop your plan to build a more efficient and pain free golf swing. The TPI program is dedicated to the body’s movement in relation to the golf swing. This class is designed to increase your ability to swing the golf club with an increased level of mobility, stability, and strength. As we thoroughly analyze your golf swing and physical abilities, we will find the cause of the disconnect between your body-swing connection.

Utilizing the Titleist Performance Institute’s (TPI) method of physical screening for all golf related physical abilities, the source to your game improvement and pain dilution is not far away. The TPI method is designed to seek out the source of physical limitations that can inhibit a golfer’s ability to most efficiently strike the golf ball. We will spend our time improving your physical mobility, stability, and swing mechanics. The Get Golf Ready TPI Edition is conducted at a maximum 4:1 student to teacher ratio and includes stretching instructional handouts.

We will establish a handicap for your physical abilities using the TPI physical screen. This screen will involve sixteen stability and mobility tests designed to help you comprehend where there is room for improvement with your Golf Fitness. Please wear your normal golf attire and athletic shoes as this screen will be conducted in such a fashion where fitness attire is not necessary. Following this screen, we will spend the rest of the class collecting and conducting video analysis of each golfer’s current swing. Specialty workouts will be prescribed for each week following. 
After one week performing prescribed specialty workouts we will discuss each golfer’s physical progress and golf swing goal. It will be very important for each student to complete their workouts from class to class. With no effort, we can reap no reward.
In this session, we will continue to analyze and improve each student’s golf fitness. With video swing analysis and practice drills we will continue to make progress in both areas. 
By this point, each student will understand where they have room for improvement with their body. This session will be fully devoted to each student’s physical workouts. The goal of this session will be to create a roadmap that can be used when this class has concluded to ensure no steps are taken in the wrong direction. 
Final testing day, we will conduct a final physical screen so that we can observe our progress. We will spend most of the session on golf swing mechanics and how each student can continue their improvement in the future.
